My name is Sam! I am the wife of an amazing man, mother of two beautiful children, an autism momma, a teacher and a believer. Although life is busy, I wanted to find something for myself. I thought, well I always wanted to learn photography. So I did and I fell in love with it!
As a mother, photoshoots with young kids were always stressful and I wanted to change that for others. It should be a fun experience with your family to capture moments that are too fast gone. I also hated when I spent a lot of money on a session just to feel trapped to spend a lot more for the digital images because how could you not! So I wanted to offer affordable photo sessions where the digital images are included in the cost. One price! Happy wife, happy life, happy momma...

Frequently Asked
Do you offer prints?
I do not offer prints. I offer digital edited images available for download and you print where you like. I would say that where you print makes a difference! Be sure to have the print release (part of your contract) available as the printing company will need that in order to legally print.
Questions
Does your price include the digital images?
Yes! I have an all in one price for your convenience. No hidden fees, no package scams to get you to spend more in addition to the session. We meet for photo session, I sort & edit the images, you download the images and enjoy! I accept cash, Venmo and Zelle for payments.
What type of photography do you offer?
I prefer natural light and the outdoors but will do indoor shoots for things such as maternity, newborn or birthday parties. I offer both portrait and lifestyle photography but truly enjoy the lifestyle to bring out the creative side to have the photo tell a story.
Locations
I am happy to meet at most locations as long as it offers enough lighting options for time of day. Any location beyond 20 miles of Willoughby, OH will be an additional travel fee of $50.
Tips for Parents
- Do not let this be stressful, instead let it be a fun experience with your family!
- Prepare your children by explaining what we will be doing, show videos of what to expect.
- Have outfits laid out and ready prior to session day.
- Eat something and have them go “potty” before starting session.
- Do NOT yell at your children if they are having a hard time. We do not want to make this a stressful experience for you or them. I will give breaks as needed and try to let them warm up. If playful, action shots are what they are will to do that's what we will do!
- Plan to get to session a little early so you don’t feel rushed!
- Bring small bag with water, non-messy snacks, towel if getting in water, any comfort toy or props you would like to use and keep phones in the bag!
Tips for ALL
- Do NOT have phone in your pockets!
- Take off hair ties from wrist.
- Send inspiration pictures ahead of time to photographer.
- I know you want to look stylish but we may need to walk to different location of the park so careful with the heels ladies!
- Check out my client guide and Pinterest page for what to wear! I suggest nothing to “matchy matchy” or too much pattern. I suggest one or two with a subtle pattern and use that as your color scheme for rest of outfits.
